It has been months since you saw the sunset city in a dream—towering minarets and domes, crossed by shadow and red light from the gently setting orb of fire that permanently rests outside the city.

Since then, you’ve crossed these borders every night, searching for the city, hoping to set foot inside. You have seen wonders beyond compare: the sacred cats of Ulthar and the turquoise and tourmaline city of Celephaïs that rests beneath the gingko-covered slopes of Mount Aran. You have all but abandoned your waking life, eating less and less, spending more and more time asleep. But tonight is different. I highly recommend to buy games from this respectful company. Their customer service response time just unbeatable even compare to Amazon or other big retail company. Long story in short, I ordered wrong game for order cancellation, I thought most of reply template will be "Sorry to hear that, but order has been processed." But the customer service replied me under 15 min, and informed me the refund.

It felt like I was talking to the owner and that he had time for me and really cared. These are the good guys and I need to remember to go to Shopville first when purchasing online.

Where is my package?

Tracking your package? The carrier's official tracking site has all the latest intel. You’ll find a link to it on your order detail page once your order ships. Pro tip: We don’t have secret insider info beyond what the tracking page shows (and neither does the carrier, FYI).

If the tracking hasn’t updated for 10 days straight, hit us up or contact the carrier, and we’ll start an investigation. Because lost loot is no joke.

How do I cancel / make changes to an order?

Need to tweak or cancel your order? Shoot us an email or message us on Facebook ASAP. If you catch us before 4:00 PM Mountain Time on the next business day, we’ll make the magic happen.
