Jen Bartel has arrived, and she’s not pulling any punches. After honing her skills with major comic companies, she’s now set her sights on Magic. When Jen karate-kicked the doors to Wizards HQ wide open, she didn’t waste a second. Charging straight into the artist pit, she left a trail of astonished staff in her wake. It wasn’t until she executed six judo throws on several bewildered employees that she made her demand: her own Secret Lair Drop. We quickly agreed—partly out of fear, but mostly out of deep respect for her extraordinary talent.

Jen immediately got to work, channeling her award-winning skills into this breathtaking foil collection. Several weeks later, a flaming arrow crashed through our boss’s office window, incinerating a carefully manicured fern. Attached to the arrow was the art for these stunning foil cards.

I highly recommend to buy games from this respectful company. Their customer service response time just unbeatable even compare to Amazon or other big retail company. Long story in short, I ordered wrong game for order cancellation, I thought most of reply template will be "Sorry to hear that, but order has been processed." But the customer service replied me under 15 min, and informed me the refund.

My purchase arrived in two days. I needed to follow up to confirm something and when I emailed their customer service I actually got a human with a name. We corresponded! It felt like I was talking to the owner and that he had time for me and really cared. These are the good guys and I need to remember to go to Shopville first when purchasing online.

Where is my package?

Tracking your package? The carrier's official tracking site has all the latest intel. You’ll find a link to it on your order detail page once your order ships. Pro tip: We don’t have secret insider info beyond what the tracking page shows (and neither does the carrier, FYI).

If the tracking hasn’t updated for 10 days straight, hit us up or contact the carrier, and we’ll start an investigation. Because lost loot is no joke.

How do I cancel / make changes to an order?

Need to tweak or cancel your order? Shoot us an email or message us on Facebook ASAP. If you catch us before 4:00 PM Mountain Time on the next business day, we’ll make the magic happen.

But fair warning: once your order’s processed, it’s game over for changes or cancellations. (And yes, processing can happen before it’s marked as shipped, so don’t procrastinate!)
