Description

The Mission: Red Planet board game from Fantasy Flight Games and Asmodee is a steampunk-themed board game of planetary exploration designed by Bruno Cathala and Bruno Faidutti.

As the leaders of ruthless Victorian-era mining corporations, two to six players compete to harvest the priceless mineral ores and ice found on the planet Mars. Players collect points for the resources they amass and the secret missions they complete. The player with the most points wins!

With technology rapidly developing and the human population growing, Victorian-era Earth is in dire need of fuel, land, and other natural resources. Fortunately, automated probes sent to Mars have discovered celerium, an ore that can be combusted to produce ten thousand times more power than a steam engine, and sylvanite, the densest substance ever found.

More incredibly, the probes found ice that could be used in terraforming the planet, bringing the idea of colonizing Mars even closer to becoming a reality...

As the head of a mining corporation, these minerals and ice found on Mars could make you unfathomably wealthy – if you can reach them before your competitors. You have ten rounds to send your astronauts into space, occupy the planet's most resource-rich zones, and harvest as much celerium, sylvanite, and ice as possible.

At your command is a team of nine professionals. Each has a unique skill set, from helping your astronauts traverse the Red Planet to blowing up spaceships before they launch.

In each round in Mission: Red Planet, players start by secretly deploying one of their character cards, with this card determining both when they place astronauts on the spaceships awaiting launch to Mars and which special action they take during the round. Each spaceship has a specified destination, and until an astronaut sets foot in a region, no one knows which resource they'll find.

Players collect resources (worth points) three times during the game, and they each have a secret mission card that might grant them additional points at game's end. During the game, players might acquire an additional mission or a research card that changes the value of what awaits on Mars.

Great experience. I ordered 7 Youtooz vinyl figures from Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. I had some requests regarding when items would be shipped, and splitting the in-stock and pre-order items. They were easily able to accommodate these requests, and I already received the 6 in-stock items without issue. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

I highly recommend to buy games from this respectful company. Their customer service response time just unbeatable even compare to Amazon or other big retail company. Long story in short, I ordered wrong game for order cancellation, I thought most of reply template will be "Sorry to hear that, but order has been processed." But the customer service replied me under 15 min, and informed me the refund.

My purchase arrived in two days. I needed to follow up to confirm something and when I emailed their customer service I actually got a human with a name. We corresponded! It felt like I was talking to the owner and that he had time for me and really cared. These are the good guys and I need to remember to go to Shopville first when purchasing online.

Frequently Asked Questions

Venture forth to our comprehensive FAQ repository or contact us, and we shall assist you.

Is Shopverse secure?

Yes, we go full fortress mode to keep your data safe. Your payment and shipping info is encrypted by Shopify, PayPal, and Shop Pay (thanks, Stripe and Shopify Payments).
Worried about us snooping on your bank details? Don’t be, because
A) We couldn't if we wanted to.
B) We’re geeks, not spies.

Who do you use for shipping?

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post — because teleportation isn’t a thing yet. If you’re loyal to a specific carrier, let us know, and we’ll do our best. But hey, if their rates are wild, we’re not footing the bill.

Don’t worry, though — no matter who delivers it, your order is guaranteed to arrive in pristine, nerd-approved condition. If not, our No-Hassle Return Policy will swoop in like a caped crusader. You’re welcome.

Where is my package?

Tracking your package? The carrier's official tracking site has all the latest intel. You’ll find a link to it on your order detail page once your order ships. Pro tip: We don’t have secret insider info beyond what the tracking page shows (and neither does the carrier, FYI).

If the tracking hasn’t updated for 10 days straight, hit us up or contact the carrier, and we’ll start an investigation. Because lost loot is no joke.

How do I cancel / make changes to an order?

Need to tweak or cancel your order? Shoot us an email or message us on Facebook ASAP. If you catch us before 4:00 PM Mountain Time on the next business day, we’ll make the magic happen.

But fair warning: once your order’s processed, it’s game over for changes or cancellations. (And yes, processing can happen before it’s marked as shipped, so don’t procrastinate!)
