Their customer service response time just unbeatable even compare to Amazon or other big retail company. Long story in short, I ordered wrong game for order cancellation, I thought most of reply template will be "Sorry to hear that, but order has been processed." But the customer service replied me under 15 min, and informed me the refund.

I needed to follow up to confirm something and when I emailed their customer service I actually got a human with a name. We corresponded! It felt like I was talking to the owner and that he had time for me and really cared. These are the good guys and I need to remember to go to Shopville first when purchasing online.
