Merging the award-winning, smash-hit, indie game The Escapists with the worldwide phenomenon that is The Walking Dead, comes The Escapists: The Walking Dead from Team 17 for the Microsoft Xbox One.

In this unique game, recreated entirely in the charming 8-bit pixel art style of The Escapists, you play as Rick Grimes as he takes on hordes of zombies let loose upon the world.

Rick is in charge of a band of survivors featuring many of the original comic book cast, including Maggie, Hershel, Glenn and Michonne. Rick must secure the safety of the group by seeking out a safe escape route from each area, and manage several dangerous tasks to keep as many of the group alive as possible. The game faithfully matches the timeline of the comics, meaning Rick must first fight his way out of the Harrison Memorial Hospital, visit the Greene family farm before visiting destinations such as the Meirwether Correctional Facility and Woodbury.

    Features:

    • As Rick Grimes, nurture and care for your band of survivors in a bid to both keep up morale and to lead them to safety. Each survivor comes with their bespoke dialogue faithfully taken from the comic series.
    • Take control of the perilous situations using Rick's trusty handgun right through to Michonne's faithful Katana in a bid to tackle the threat of the undead.
    • As well as getting up close and personal with the undead, players can tackle zombies with many gun types as well as arming your survivors with weaponry to assist you in your mission.
    • Ensure to look after your band of survivors and in turn they will go with you into dangerous situations because they believe in you and firmly place their trust in Rick Grimes.
    • Each game map will come with its own Leaderboard for you to try and hit the top spots. Players will be rewarded with better scores the better they perform by keeping alive survivors and by being quick about it.

      I highly recommend to buy games from this respectful company. Their customer service response time just unbeatable even compare to Amazon or other big retail company. Long story in short, I ordered wrong game for order cancellation, I thought most of reply template will be "Sorry to hear that, but order has been processed." But the customer service replied me under 15 min, and informed me the refund.

      My purchase arrived in two days. I needed to follow up to confirm something and when I emailed their customer service I actually got a human with a name. We corresponded! It felt like I was talking to the owner and that he had time for me and really cared. These are the good guys and I need to remember to go to Shopville first when purchasing online.
